To protect our staff and guests, and reduce the transfer of germs and viruses, Castle Creek Inn is making some changes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and help in these efforts. We love and appreciate our guests!

*First and foremost, we urge guests with COVID-19 symptoms to email Nicole at to reschedule your reservation. Deposits for such cancellations are applied as future credit.*
The following policies are now in place:
  • Guests are encouraged to reserve online.
  • While we do make reservations over the phone, we're still short-staffed as the pandemic has greatly affected the number of guests visiting us, and consequently the hours of staff members. Thus, we're not always able to answer calls. We check and return voice mail as often as possible, but that can be as little as once per day.
  • As always, check-in is not available Sundays. You must be checked into your room Saturday night to stay on Sunday.
  • Because only Saturday guests may stay Sundays, you will not lose Sunday night if booking online. Simply reserve Saturday night, and Sunday can be added at check-in.

  • To reduce the number of bodies passing through the Castle, tours are temporarily unavailable.

  • 1 or 2 adults allowed in each room. Exceptions will not be made. Violations will result in a nonrefundable cancellation with the possibility of a fee, left to management's discretion.

Cleaning Procedures
  • We take great precautionary measures to clean and sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms and common areas with EPA-recommended antimicrobial products effective against Covid-19. Management enforces and monitors proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures daily.

Breakfast ***NEW UPDATES***
  • We're so pleased to announce that reservations with check-in dates beginning April 6, 2021 once again include breakfast!

    It's slightly different from breakfast in the past; please read to the end.

    At check-in, guests fill out our new breakfast sheet, which provides a few options to choose from. You also choose a ten-minute time window between the hours of 8:30 - 10:10 a.m. wherein breakfast is brought to your door the next morning. Breakfast is served in to-go style packaging.

    If knocking isn't answered quickly, breakfast is left by your door.

    Sunday morning menu items, and the delivery process, are different from weekday options and delivery. All Sunday morning breakfasts are delivered to guest room doors by 8:45 a.m. To make sure guests are not disturbed, we don't knock on Sunday mornings. Beginning at 8:45 a.m., please retrieve breakfast from outside your door at your convenience. If leaving earlier than 8:45 a.m. on Sunday morning, breakfast is delivered Saturday night at a time you schedule with the front desk at check-in.

    Coffee and tea are served buffet-style in the dining room Tuesday - Sunday mornings between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Staff does not deliver these items to guest rooms.

    As per our year-round Sunday discount, which gives all guests 50% off their room on Sunday night, breakfast, including coffee and tea, is not served Monday mornings.

    Please understand, due to the pandemic, some items are still scarce, therefore the menu may vary. To give you a general idea of what weekday and Sunday breakfasts will look like, please see the menus on our Breakfast page.

Snack Bar
  • Complimentary packaged snacks, including 2 water bottles, are placed in guest rooms prior to check-in. Baked goods are not being served at this time.
  • A microwave is available in the dining room.
  • Outside of coffee and tea being served buffet-style between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday - Sunday mornings, no beverages of any kind are being served. Please plan accordingly.
  • You're welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks to enjoy throughout your stay.

Packages and Add-Ons
  • All packages and add-ons are temporarily discontinued. Previously purchased packages and add-ons were removed from all reservations.
 Room Service
  • Aside from breakfast, room service is no longer available at the Castle.

Guest Room Refreshes
  • To limit interaction between staff and guests, and conserve resources to ensure a clean, safe environment for all, guest room refreshes, including fresh towels, are only available every third full day of your reservation. That means you must be staying at least 4 nights to receive a refresh. Toiletries may be requested via text from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. any Monday-Saturday. The items are delivered to your door but staff is strictly prohibited by management from entering occupied guest rooms.
  • We ask that guests hang towels on guest room towel bars to be reused throughout your stay. Staff is strictly prohibited by management from replacing used towels before the third full day of a reservation.
